Day 4

We learned about Jumpcut and Voicethread today and also used the Senteo clickers. I wasn't aware that our building has a set of these clickers! I think they will be an engaging tool for our students and a great assessment tool for teachers.
I had time to edit my Movie Maker project today and learned how to import audio. This will be so helpful when I make DVDs of the kindergarten students next year.

Day 3

Day 3, I discovered that my blog was appearing in Chinese! Thankfully, it was a quick fix. Today we were introduced to more Web 2.0 tools, including Wordle, JumpStart and MovieMaker. It was great to have time to explore, discover and create on our own. I really liked MovieMaker and I can envision many uses for it in my classroom and at home.

Day 2

Day 2 was another day of learning many new things! I learned how to use wiki, rockyou, teachertube and pics4learning. I also learned how to record my voice. Lots to process in one day...now I need A LOT of practice!

First Time Blog!

I am taking a technology class and have just been taught how to create a blog. It's not as hard as I thought, but this is only the beginning!
